Blame it on the Rain

Blame it on the Rain
 (by: esf)
drivin home in the pouring rain
ever since him life hasn't been the same
its never been like this before
he gets out just to walk me to my door

holding hands walking to the doorway
its the end to another perfect day
I don't think it can get better than this
but then in the rain we kiss

when life turns out better than it seems
its like living in an unexpected dream
being with him always feels so right
even during the rainiest of nights

looking up the drops hit my face
I wish I could stop all time & space
just to spend another second here
no longer alone cause he's holding me near

a moment like this is hard to explain
but if someone were to ask I'd blame it on the rain

I have a feeling that tonight was
just another AMAZING beginning
to my most adventuresome summer
with my favorite guy & biggest fan

Love,
Emily Sue

P.S. I can't even express to you how happy I am & I hope you find the same happiness this summer too! :)

Meet Molly.

We have a new addition to our family.
Meet:
Miss Molly Brown
we brought her home yesterday
She was born April 3 and she is 7 weeks old :)
We love her and can't wait to raise her.

Miss Molly

Her and I plan on spending the summer together
and
we have already had 4 naps together today :)

Love,
Emily Sue

P.S. story from today I had never seen a dog have a dream, but today when we were napping she started barking and lightly kicking her legs...it was the cutest/funniest thing I have seen all day.

P.F.E.

I experienced some P.F.D. this morning,
 when I woke up,
but after coming out of my final I experienced something completely new.....
I will call it: P.F.E. which stands for
POST FINAL ECSTASY :)
if you haven't had it yet...mind you it is FAN-TAS-TIC!
I finished my chem final this morning at 8:30.
Was it long?
YES!
Was it horrible?
DOUBLE YES! (yes + yes= 2yes)
but ask me if I am done with chemistry for four months...
Em are you done with chemistry for four months?
why YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES YES infinite series YES
The Limit of Yes as Emily --> approaches summer is infinite yes. :) (correct, true, valid)
you could not derive me any happier
hence P.F.E.
I am literally ECSTATIC
for those who can't relate right now here is the definition
adjective- feeling or expressing overwhelming happiness or joyful excitement
Well here is a last crunch of the numbers:
3 out of 5 finals complete done-zo
2 to go
2 more nights left sleeping in Cedar
approximately 50 hours till I am on the road home
and about 194,400 seconds till I am home ready to begin my summer.
I'm almost there...it is the home stretch.
For everyone studying and struggling through finals week...
HOLD ON
you can make it and when you do
you too will experience P.F.E.
and will want to shout for JOY :)
Best of luck everyone.
Love,
Ecstatic Emily
